Join us as we celebrate the work of the 2025 #IAS_NUQ Global Undergraduate Fellows, who have spent the past year investigating pressing questions and lived experiences shaping the Global South. Their projects span diverse geographies and themes, from rediscovering cultural heritage in Qatar to Phulkari embroidery and women’s emotional labor in rural Punjab, Pakistan, to menstrual survival and indigenous knowledge among Potiguara women in Brazil’s Agreste, and many more.
Through research papers, short documentaries, and creative multimodal projects, each fellow offers a unique perspective grounded in rigorous fieldwork, historical inquiry, and evidence-based storytelling.
