#IAS_NUQ_Press is an open-access, multimodal, and multilingual publisher housed at the Institute for Advanced Study in the Global South at Northwestern Qatar. It publishes academic papers, multimodal projects, edited volumes, and special issues that promote evidence-based storytelling centered on the media, histories, cultures, and societies of the Global South. In addition to these publications, #IAS_NUQ_Press produces a range of digital outputs that reflect the Institute’s commitment to multimodal scholarship. By bridging the gap between traditional academic research and creative mediamaking, #IAS_NUQ_Press advances interdisciplinary dialogue, expands the boundaries of knowledge, and engages both scholarly and public audiences.
