Singaporean Nisar Keshvani has lived and worked across five continents and is recognised as a consummate leader with almost 30 years of experience in various professional roles. These include public relations, corporate affairs, public policy, media relations and advocacy communications within the Academic, Higher Education & Corporate sectors.

Most recently, he headed communications for the National University of Singapore (NUS) Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, and co-led communications for its new College of Humanities and Sciences. His team won three Institute of Public Relations, Singapore (IPRS) PRISM Awards for outstanding campaign, best in-house team, and outstanding issues management. He has also established new initiatives from the ground up for several high-profile institutions of higher learning including the Queensland University of Technology, University of Central Asia, Republic and Ngee Ann Polytechnics.

Nisar was recently nominated as LinkedIn’s Top Voice – recognising global thought leaders and experts.  Within the commercial/corporate world, he has added immense value to global organisations by combining his expertise in PR and Journalism to architect strategic intellectual engagements within challenging environments and introducing sustainable marketing communication & innovative digital infrastructure to facilitate growth.

He served as NUS Temasek Hall resident fellow, and is the recent past Vice-President and current Accreditation Board Committee Chair with the Institute of Public Relations, Singapore. He is also highly passionate about teaching, training, talent nurturing, skills development, mentoring, counselling, consulting and research.
