John Alindayo manages all activities relating to logistic maintenance and shipments of the University and serves as the key link between the departments and various external organizations such as suppliers, contractors as well as relevant Ministries to resolve logistical issues and ensure accurate, timely deliveries, and efficient monitored shipment operations. He also provides organized accountability of the stationary and pantry supplies within the University and supervises and guides NU-Q service attendants.

He has a diploma in Marketing Qualification awarded by International Qualifications Network and Edinburgh Napier University and a three-year post-secondary education in Business Management Major in Marketing in the Philippines. He has completed course programs for IFMA Facility Management Professional Course (for Business Management & Organization) and CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate with Comptia A+ for PC Hardware Courses and has finished training modules in International and Domestic Courier Course, Dangerous Goods Handling and Awareness Program, Package Acceptance and International Paper works and Customer Service & Personality Development Programs.

Prior to joining NU-Q in March 2014, Alindayo worked at one of the major courier company in the Philippines and at Texas A&M University at Qatar's Office of Building Operations & HSSE for Shipping and Receiving Unit.
