This project sought to develop a tool to measure and understand the amount of digital literacy among Arabic-language Internet users in Qatar. The measurement tool, along with the data on digital literacy itself, help ictQatar not only estimate the level of digital literacy in Qatar, but also improve its initiatives to create a knowledge-based online society. Ultimately, the study supports all efforts to ensure that Qatari citizens and residents take full advantage of the available Internet resources of today.
