Celebrate! Admission is not just a recognition of what has been done but also an acknowledgement of what is to come. Northwestern Qatar would be honored to be a part of your journey. The enrollment reply form is applicable to students who have applied through the Early Action, Regular Decision, and Transfer processes and is due by May 1st.
Once you've submitted your enrollment reply form, you are just steps away from officially becoming a Wildcat! Pay your non-refundable tuition ($400) and refundable housing deposit ($550). You may pay these deposts online on your Northwestern Applicant Status Portal.
After deciding to attend Northwestern Qatar, it is mandatory to submit your supporting financial aid documents to the Qatar Foundation Student Financial Services Office by May 31st. Students who do not submit all necessary materials or are awarded zero aid by the Qatar Foundation Student Financial Services Office are ineligible to recieve financial assistance from Northwestern Qatar.
In the months after you enroll, you'll be required to submit the following paperwork.
All first-year international students are expected to live on campus in a single room residential experience. You will be contacted in the coming months with more information about onboarding logisitcs (visa, housing and health records). Ensure to upload a clear scanned copy of your passport valid for at least 6 months on your Northwestern Applicant Status Portal.
All students will be expected to submit official standardized test scores, final transcripts, and Advanced Placement / International Baccalaureate scores. You can upload those transcriptso on your Northwestern Applicant Status Portal.
Prior to the first week of classes, you will attend the mandatory weeklong new student orientation called Wildcat Welcome. The first week of classes and other important dates can be found on Northwestern Qatar's academic calendar. In addition to meeting your new classmates, you will familiarize yourself with the campus, meet with peer and academic advisors, and register for Fall Semester classes.
