About this course

We interact and communicate with others every day. Sometimes, these interactions go smoothly, often they involve more conflict than we would desire, damaging our ability to effectively achieve our goals. Conflict resolution is the art and science of securing agreements between two or more interdependent parties that maximize their gains and minimize their losses. This course will help you develop your negotiation and conflict resolution skills through a series of exercises and analysis that will immerse you in deal-making and dispute resolution to highlight the concepts and strategies that underlie effective communication in service of positive outcomes and satisfying relationships.

This masterclass is delivered in conjunction with the Dispute Resolution Research Center of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
