Amira Hariri provides counsel to prospective students, parents and counselors regarding the admission process. She reviews, analyzes and holistically evaluates qualified applicant records utilizing established university admissions standards, guidelines and criteria. She is also responsible of administering the application systems, coordinating the department's events (i.e. workshops and yield activities for prospective and admitted students) and maintaining communication campaigns.

Hariri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Lebanese American University (LAU) in Beirut. Prior to joining NU-Q, Hariri gained extensive experience in the administration and management fields where she has played a key role in supporting projects, events and departments' activities in different fields for more than 9 years. In Doha, Hariri worked in the Operations and Research Departments at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar. In recognition of her contributions there, she was nominated for the 2011 CMUQ TaQdeer Award—outstanding dedication.
