The Medill School of Journalism and the School of Communication have a long tradition of educating the whole student through a vast array of curricular and co-curricular opportunities. Student Affairs at Northwestern University in Qatar continues this tradition.

Students’ lives and experiences during college are enhanced by the combination of curricular and co-curricular activities. The Student Affairs Office coordinates student-led organizations, service learning trips, leadership training, study skill workshops and wellness and recreation opportunities to meet the needs and interests of NU-Q students.
