Housing application

Beginning in April of the study abroad year, students must complete an online housing application which will require two deposits. These deposits are to be paid to the Qatar Support Office on the Evanston campus. As payments are made, NU-Q will send payment to the housing office. NU-Q will also coordinate with Undergraduate Financial Aid Office to determine which funds will become available for housing costs. Housing placements are released beginning in mid-June. All housing fees should be paid prior to moving in.
