Transfer Students

To apply for admission to Northwestern University in Qatar (Fall 2010), please make sure to provide the following: 

1. Application (Online application recommended. Both the online application and a printable PDF form will be available for download in December 2009)2. Personal Statement
3. Essay
4. Teacher Report (Apply online to submit your Teacher Report electronically. A PDF form will be available for download in December 2009)
5. Dean's Certification (The printable form will be available for download in December 2009)
6. College/University Transcript (request that your Dean/registrar attach official college/university transcripts to the Dean's Certification)
7. Secondary School Report (The printable PDF form will be available for download in December 2009)
8. Secondary School Transcripts (Request that your registrar attach an official copy of all transcripts to the Secondary School Report)
9. SAT 1 or ACT results

10. TOEFL or IELTS results
TOEFL Institutional - code is 5945
11. Photocopy of passport (JPG or PDF format may be emailed to admissions@qatar.northwestern.edu)
12. Non refundable 240QR (65$US) application fee by check or money order, made out to Northwestern University
13. Subject SAT scores (preferred but not required)
14. ACT Writing (preferred but not required)

The Secondary School Report, Dean's Certification and Teacher Report must be submitted by the appropriate school officials directly to: Northwestern University in Qatar, P.O. Box 34102, Doha, Qatar
