Transfer Students

The following items are required to be considered for admission to Northwestern University in Qatar for the 2008-2009 academic year. All materials should be submitted by March 1, 2008; early submissions are acceptable. All submitted documents become the property of Northwestern University in Qatar and cannot be returned to the applicant.

4. Teacher report [pdf]   Note: Transfer students should supply two teacher reports.
5. Dean's certification form [pdf]
6. Secondary school transcript. Request an original be mailed to Northwestern University in Qatar, P.O. Box 24404, Doha, Qatar
7. College/University transcript. Request an original be mailed to Northwestern University in Qatar, P.O. Box 24404, Doha, Qatar
8. SAT 1 or ACT results
   • SAT Institutional - code is 5714
   • ACT Institutional - code is 1107 (Note: The code may not appear on the web site until late March. Until then, contact the ACT Records Department at (01) 319-337-1313 to request that an ACT report be sent to Northwestern University in Qatar.)
     
9. TOEFL result - code is 5945
10. Photocopy of passport (jpg or pdf format; may be emailed to nu-qadmissions@northwestern.edu)
11. Non refundable 240QR (65$US) application fee by check or money order, made out to Northwestern University
12. SAT II scores (preferred but not required)
